*When I first got into teaching it was a "good time"!
*As things have changed over the years, it isn't always a good time.
*It is my goal to make teaching and learning as good of time as possible.
*This song is always popular with young listeners.
*We watch the video and then discuss a bit. If time allows, I will show it again.
*My fourth graders then spend time writing in their writer's notebooks.
*They can record their thoughts, feelings, reactions, likes/dislikes, or whatever they would like.
*We wrap-up the writing time with a few students sharing.
