Friendship in the Rain
*How sweet is this picture!
*Each Wednesday I share a photograph with my students for them to write about.
*When I saw this picture (probably on Twitter) I knew I wanted to use it for Picture Wednesday.
*I reveal the picture and we discuss it for a few minutes.
*The writers then can record their thoughts, feelings, reactions, ideas, and reactions.
*They can also write a fiction story if they would like.
*It is always great to see what the young writers come up with.
